All of our pieces are made to order and are printed exclusively for the customer who ordered it. At this time, we do not accept any returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your pieces, we cannot offer you a reprint. We only reprint items if they are damaged, defective, or misprinted. If your piece was delivered in any of these conditions, please do the following:
- Send an email titled "Damaged" to email@example.com
- Email us a photo of the overall piece, and a close up photo of the damage or misprint
- State in the email where the product is damaged or misprinted
- Please include Name, Order Number and Phone Number
- Once email is sent expect a reply within 24-48 hours for further instructions, and approval or rejection of your reprint
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your reprinted piece to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
If for some reason your piece cannot be reprinted or replaced (no longer offering the piece, out of stock, etc), we will refund you only the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders of sale items are final sale.
