How long will it take for me to receive my order?
COVID-19 UPDATE: All of our suppliers are up and running at this time; however, due to the Stay-At-Home orders, some of our products are taking longer than usual in production. We are taking all precautionary measures while doing everything we can to ensure the same quality as always, so please bear with us. We will get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.
Once a order is placed it takes 24-48 hrs to process. And you'll receive your order within 7-10 business days.
What if I choose to expedite my order?
It still takes 24-48 hrs to process. And you'll receive your order within 3-5 business days.
I ordered the wrong size or I entered the wrong shipping address on accident. What should I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering!) We start making every shirt as soon as we can. If production has not yet started, we can make any corrections necessary. Please email us at info@mybpm.store
What is your fabric material like?
Almost all of our pieces are unisex sized (unless otherwise noted) and hand printed in the USA using Direct To Garment (DTG) technology on extremely high quality 99% premium cotton and 1% poly-blend material.
We use these fabrics because of their softness and comfort as well as durability. Most of our pieces are pre-shrunk or will result in minimal shrinkage after its first wash and dry.

How do I take care of my merch?
Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang drying for best results; however, the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs should not fade out due to the quality of our prints.
What if my merch is damaged?
If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or misprinted please do the following:
Send an email titled "Damaged" to info@mybpm.store. Email us a photo of the overall piece, and a close up photo of the damage or misprint State where the product is damaged or misprinted Please include Name, Order Number and Phone Number Once email is sent expect a reply within 24 hours with further instruction.
